摘要 目的 研究大鼠坐骨神经组成、走行、分支及属性。方法 显露 36只大鼠的脊髓、脊神经、坐骨神经及各分支 ,观察其组成、走行、各分支长度 ,并以电刺激各分支观察肌肉收缩情况 ,结合其分布范围 ,判断其神经属性。结果与结论 坐骨神经由腰 3~ 6脊神经构成 ,可分为三种类型 :Ⅰ型 ,由 3、4、5脊神经构成 ,占 44 4 %;Ⅱ型由4、5、6脊神经构成 ,占 33 3%;Ⅲ型由 4、5脊神经构成 ,占 2 2 2 %。腰 4、5为坐骨神经的恒定组成支 ,以后坐骨神经分为坐骨前段及股骨后段 ,其主要分支胫神经、腓神经均为以运动神经为主的混合神经。 Objective To study the components of the sciatic nerve and observe its route and branches in rats.Methods Thirty-six rats were used for the study.The spinal cord,spinal nerves,sciatic nerve and its branches were exposed to study the sciatic nerve components,branches and their lenghth.Electric stimulations on the branches were used for detrmination of their physiological property.Results and Conlusions The sciatic nerve was composed of from third to sixth spinal nerve roots,There were three types.TypeⅠ,L3-L5 nerves(44.4%);Type Ⅱ:L4-L6 nerves (33.3%);type Ⅲ:L4-L5 nerves(22.2%).Forth and fifth nerves were the constant componets of the sciatic nerve.Thereafter,the sciatic nerve could be divided into two segments:anterior ischiac segment and posterior femoral segment.Its main branches,the tibial nerve and peroneal nerve,were mixed fibers with motor fiber dominant.
