摘要
柞蚕茧层主要是由丝素和丝胶组成,其茧丝是由丝胶粘合到一起的,丝胶的量和质决定了茧丝的性质和特征,对制丝工艺和加工工艺都有较大影响。在制丝生产中,柞蚕茧必须通过水、热和化学药剂的作用。
The degumming velocity and the boiling-off ratio for five varities of Chinese tussah cocoonshell were determined respectively using the common unwinding agent in present reeling producc-tion of the Chinese tussah cocoon shell as the degumming agent with the weight-method.The resu-lts show that the degumming velocity of the hypersilkgenerus race of Chinese tussah cocoon shellis the fastest.The boiling ratio for the different or same race cocoon shell decreases from outerto inner layer,and upper to lower portion,and that of the dark brown,yellow brown and whitecocoon decreases in the Colour-Said order.The boiling-off ratio decrease of the heavy cocoonshell is higher than the light one and that of the female cocoon shell is higher than the maleone.
