优质高效苎麻脱胶菌抗逆性的实验研究

Experimental Study on the Stress-Resistance of the Ramie Degumming Microbes with High Degumming Efficiency

摘要 对在苎麻脱胶实验中发现的混合菌种经保存一段时间后进行脱胶能力实验研究.结果表明:这些菌种易于保存.脱胶中加入适量氯化钠后菌种的脱胶速度和脱胶效果未受到明显的影响,表明菌种抗逆性较强.这些结果提示该菌种的脱胶效果好、脱胶能力强,菌种适合于产业化应用. The degumming ability of some ramie microbes, which were found in our experiments and stored for different years,was studied. We found that these ramie microbes can be easily preserved and had strong resistance to stress. In addition,the degumming speed and efficiency was not obviously influenced by adding an amount of NaCl into degumming solution. These results indicate that these ramie microbes are suitable for the textile industry.
