摘要
用实验证明了含氮添加剂对红麻好氧微生物脱胶速度有较大的影响,其中以氨氮的脱胶速度最快.在空气流量1.5L/min、38℃、废液回用比1/3、浴比1:40、起始pH值为7.0、氨氮含量占麻重5%的条件下,经开水沸煮lh的红麻生麻的脱胶时间为20h,比硝酸盐快33%.接着通过对微生物生长量的计算,从理论上论证了上述的实验结果.
The experimental results show that nitric additives have considerable effect on duration of kenaf retting first. Among these nitric additives, the effect of a mmonia on retting of kenaf is of the most importance. Under the condition of aeration, temperature 38℃ , reuse ratio of retting liquid 1/3 , bath ratio 1:40, pH value 7 .0 , a mmonia - nitrogen percentage (to the weight of dry kenaf) 5 % , the duration of retting for kenaf boiled for 1 hour is 20 hours, which is 33 % shorter than nitrate - nitrogen. And then the theoretical calculation of microbial growth yield is used to prove the experimental results.
