摘要
目的 探讨病区健康教育质量管理方法,以提高健康教育的效果。方法 将272例择期手术的住院病人按随机化原则分为观察组和对 照组,观察组采取规范化的健康教育,并对健康教育的结果进行量化评价;对照组按一般方法进行健康教育。结果 两组病人健康教育内容测 试问卷得分,观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.01),观察组病人能较好地掌握健康教育的内容,同时能激发护士的工作热情,提高病人对护理工 作的满意度,达到了健康教育的目的。结论 采取量化评价的方法对病区健康教育进行质量管理,能有效的提高健康教育的效果。
Objective To explore the quality management method of health education, so as to improve the effect and efficiency of health education. Method 272 hospitalized patients were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group. The experimental group received standardized health education, while the control group were educated with traditional method. The results of both groups were evaluated with quantitative standards.Results There was significant difference in the score of the related health knowledge between the two groups (P<0.01). Patients in the experimental group mastered the related knowledge better than those in the control group. At the same time, the standardized method of health education could inspire the working enthusiasm of nurses, and improve the patients’ satisfaction with nursing service, which achieved the purpose of health education effectively. Conclusion To manage the quality of health education with quantitative standards can improve the efficiency of health education.
