摘要
目的了解胆石症病人住院期间对疾病相关知识的需求情况以及普通外科护士对病人健康知识需求的认识状况。方法自行设计胆石症病人健康教育需求调查表对68名胆石症病人及60名护士进行调查,对资料进行统计分析。结果在健康教育内容方面,病人和护士在治疗方法和效果、术中术后配合指导、用药指导、活动指导、发病诱因、医疗费用以及预防知识方面差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);在健康教育方式方面,病人和护士均认为一对一的教育方式最有效,对使用文字宣教资料的健康教育方式两者差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对胆石症病人对健康教育内容和方式的需求情况提供针对性健康教育,是行之有效的方法。
Objective To understand the perceptions of health care education needs among inpatients with cholelithiasis and nurses. Methods 68 patients and 60 nurses completed the specially designed questionnaire regarding the health care education needs. Data were analyzed using statistic methods. Results There were significant differences between inpatients＇ perceptions and nurses＇ perceptions such as treatment method and effects ,relating advices during or after the operation,the instructions regarding drugs and movement,cause of diseases, cost in the hospital and the knowledge on disease prevention（ P 〈 0.05）. In addition,the one -to -one teaching method was reported as the most effective way in health care education by both nurses and inpafients. However,there was a significant difference in the perception of health care education booklets between nurses and inpatients （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion It is effective to provide patients with cholehthiasis health education in the light of the needs regarding health education contents and methods reported by patients as well as nurses.
