摘要
高等职业教育的教师除具备普通高校教师所必备的职业道德素质、文化素质和心理素质外 ,根据其培养技术应用型人才这一目标的特殊性要求。高等职业教育的教师同时还要具备实践教学能力素质、操作演示能力素质、职业教育研究能力素质、职业研究能力素质、就业指导能力素质以及组织协调和人际沟通能力素质等。高等职业教育要形成自己的办学特色 ,要实现从学科型教育向技术型教育的转变 ,必须结合实际制定具体措施 ,建立一支专、兼职的“双师型”教师队伍。
This article describes features of qualities any teacher in higher vocational education must be possessed of. Apart from those in occupational morality,culture,psychology,some other qualities are required,including competence in practical teaching,field demonstration,research of occupational education,employment guidance,coordination and human communication etc..And such features are based on the particularity of training objective of higher vocational education. It is therefore necessary to build up a strong teaching staff geared to the needs of the education.
