摘要
高等职业院校的人文教育是一种“职业形态”或“特殊形态”的人文教育,可称之为“职业人文教育”。职业人文教育是高等职业院校人文教育的重心。职业人文教育以其完整性和综合性构成职业教育的灵魂,促进劳动者的职业能力发展和生产能力的实现。其内容包括职业价值观、职业道德、职业核心能力的培养以及职业生涯规划的指导。根据高职人文教育的特点,在实施中要强调专业渗透和实践体验,注重在专业教学中渗透人文教育,建构体现职业人文特色的校园文化,提高教师的职业人文教育能力。
Humanistic education in higher vocational colleges, due to its peculiarity of being vocational, is also called "vocational humanistic education", which is the focus of those colleges. Humanistic education, with its completeness and comprehensiveness, finds itself helpful to the improvement of capacity for career and productiveness of potential work force. Vocational humanistic education covers career values, professional ethics, core career capacity, as well as career scheme. Taking into consideration the features of vocational humanistic education, it's strongly recommended that its practice should emphasize the interdisciplinary infiltration, that is, the infiltration of humanistic education in classroom career education, and students' appreciation of humanistic education through practice. Besides, a campus culture of vocational humanistic education is to be constructed, and teachers' awareness of vocational humanistic education is to be improved.
