高韧性绝缘环氧基复合材料的研制

Preparation of Insulative Epoxy Resin Composite with High Toughness

摘要 采用聚砜改性环氧树脂为基体,通过高温模压成型法制备环氧树脂/玻纤/BN复合材料。探讨了BN用量对复合材料力学性能、电性能和热性能的影响。结果表明,当BN用量为10wt%时,复合材料的力学性能较佳。电阻率随着BN用量增加,呈下降趋势。通过DSC和TGA综合分析表明,聚砜的加入提高了树脂基体的热稳定性能,随BN用量增加,复合材料的耐热性提高。 Polysulfone modified epoxy resin was used as the matrix of composite, the epoxy/glass fiber/boron nitride composites were prepared by thermal compression moulded method. The effects of BN content on the mechanical, electrical and thermal properties were investigated. The results indicated that the impact strength and flexure strength of the composite was best with 10% mass fraction of BN. With the increase of BN, the electrical resistivity decreased. The DSC and TGA showed that the addition of polysulfone increased the thermal stability of resin matrix. The heat resistance of composite materials was improved with increase of BN.
