摘要
用开炼机混炼法,研究了有机短纤维(聚芳砜纤维、聚酯纤维)和无机短纤维(碳纤维、玻璃纤维)对硅橡胶的补强作用,并用SEM观察了微观形态。结果表明,用硅烷偶联剂预处理有机短纤维,改善了有机短纤维与硅橡胶的粘接,能显著提高硅橡胶的力学性能;无机短纤维经过混炼后,长度大大下降,对硅橡胶无补强作用。
The reinforcement of short organic fibers(polyaryl sulfone fiber,polyester fiber)and inorganic fibers(carbon fiber,glass fiber)on silicone rubber was studied by mixing mill and the morphology was observed by SEM.The results showed that the mechanical properties of silicone rubber were increased obviously and the adhesion between organic fiber and silicone rubber was improved by short organic fibers pretreated by silane coupling agent.Short inorganic fibers had no reinforcing effect because of their lengths decreased sharply by milling.
