摘要
主要讨论一种有源无功与谐波补偿器的主电路及双闭环控制系统的结构和工作原理，用ＰＳＰＩＣＥ软件包进行仿真研究，仿真结果证实了系统的有效性．
Both control scheme and principle of converter circuit and its double closed loop system for an active VAR and harmonic compensator are discussed.Some simulations are carried out with the PSPICE program package.The simulating result confirms validity of the system.
