摘要
研究了一种双桥并联可控整流电路的故障分类及诊断方法。对1、2、3只晶闸管故障情况进行了分析,并给出了基于整流电压畸变波形分析的故障分类,总结出了25类故障共294种故障状态。定义了表征故障特征的“面积”表达式,并建立了12维故障矢量用以描述上述故障状态。通过对故障模式矢量的逻辑预处理,得到了由4个常数构成的12维时间序列矢量。对新的模式矢量进行谱分析,提出了改进的谱分析故障诊断方法,并给出了实现算法。最后通过仿真验证了故障诊断方法的正确性。
This paper studies the fault classification and diagnosis method of the double-bridge 12-pulse waveform controlled rectifier circuit based on pattern recognition. All the faults in 3 thyristors are analyzed, the fault classification method according to the rectifier aberrant voltage waveforms is put forward, and 25 kinds (294 states) of the fault voltage waveforms are summarized. According to the rectifier voltage waveforms, 4 揳rea?expressions are defined and the 12-dimension fault pattern vectors which describing the faults are educed then. Through the logic processing, 12-dimension time sequence vectors composed by 4 constants are obtained. An improved Discrete Fourier Transform(DFT)frequency analysis method and its experiment algorithm are put forward to diagnose the rectifier on line by using the three DFT eigenvalues, which can diagnose and locate the faults exactly and make the process of diagnosis straightforward and simple. The influences caused by sampling period and triggering angle are eliminated. Finally, the correctness of the diagnosis algorithm is validated by simulation.
