摘要
6t氧气顶吹转炉在管坯钢试验及生产中,应用钢包脱硫、喂线以及底吹氩技术改善了钢质量,降低了管坯报废率,提高了无缝管正品率、成材率及机械性能合格率,具有较显著的经济效益。
During experiment and production of tube bloom in 6t BOF,the bloom quality is improved, rate of wasted bloom is decreased,yield of quality seemless steel and its mechanical behavior are increased by using technologies like desulphurization in ladle furnace,wire feed and bottom Ar-blowing. In the meantime remarkable economic results are achieved.
