摘要
目的 :建立一种适合临床影像设备进行实验研究的脑内出血动物模型。方法 :选用家猫 ,对尾状核、内囊或丘脑进行MRI三维定位后 ,采用立体定向技术注入自体动脉血。术后 3h行MRI扫描验证血肿 ,并于术后 72h对血肿及其周围组织行MRI评价。结果 :( 1 )尾状核头、内囊或丘脑的定位测量结果平均值 (mm)分别为 :前囟后距离 :5 .8、1 1 .1、1 1 .9;矢状缝右旁开距离 :5 .5、7.1、7.1 ;颅骨外板下垂直深度 :1 6.6、1 9.6、2 1 .5。 ( 2 )猫脑内注入自体血后均可形成局灶性大小、部位稳定的血肿 ,72h后血肿的MRT1WI信号强度明显增加 ,T2WI显示的血肿周围组织水肿区明显增大。结论 :MRI定位后建立的猫脑内出血模型 。
Objective: To develop an animal model of intracerebral hemorrhage for experimental research with ordinary clinical imaging equipments. Methods: Nine cats were divided into 3 groups (each group 3 cats). The head of caudate nucleus,internal capsule and thalamus were localized with MR scanner on three dimensions and then were injected with 1.0 ml autologous blood by stereotatic technique. At 3 h after operation, the hematoma was scanned with MR scanner to recognize its position and size; at 72 h after operation, the MRI signals of hematoma and its adjacent tissue were evaluated. Results: (1)The measurements (mm) of localization of the caudate nucleus head,internal capsule and thalamus are respectively. A (distance behind anterior fontanelle):5.8,11.1,11.9;R(right distance beside sagittal suture): 5.5,7.1,7.1 ;H(highness below external lamina):16.6,19.6 ,21.5. (2) Local hematoma occurred after injecting 1.0 ml autologous blood into the interest areas of the cerebral in cats, and its position and size were stable. At 72 h after operation, MR T1WI signals of hematoma were increased and the high MR T2WI signal areas of edema in adjacent tissues were obviously enlarged. Conclusion: In feline model of intracerebral hemorrhage made with MR scanner, the position and size of the hematoma is exact and stable and can be evaluated by MRI. That model is suitable for studying by clinical imaging equipments.
