摘要
以较强的单脉冲刺激下齿槽神经(AI),用微电极在三叉神经脊束核尾侧亚核(STCN)记录神经元的痛诱发放电。以单脉冲分别刺激红核和颊车穴均可抑制STCN中的痛诱发放电。连续剌激红核可明显加强电针对STCN痛诱发放电的抑制作用。结果提示红核与针剌镇痛有关。
During stimulation of nervus alveolaris inferior with relatively stronger single pulse, the evoked discharges from the neurons in spinal trigeminal caudal nucleus (STCN)with microelectrodes were recorded. Electrical stimulation of red nucleus or electrical acupuncture of Jiache acupoint with single pulse could inhibit the discharging from STCN.Stimulation of red nucleus with successive pulses could strengthen the inhibitory effect of electrical acupuncture on the discharging from STCN . These results indicate that red nucleus is related to the acupuncture analgesia.
