摘要
催化裂化汽油是我国车用汽油的主要组分 ,提高催化裂化汽油质量是提高车用汽油质量的关键。采用轻汽油醚化技术可以显著地提高催化裂化汽油的质量 ,研究法辛烷值可提高 1 5~ 2 1单位 ,蒸气压下降 8 7~ 1 0 8kPa ,烯烃可减少 5 5 7~ 9 36个百分点 ,氧含量达2 % 。
The improvement of the properties of FCC gasoline, a primary component of motor gasoline, is the key to upgrade the quality of motor gasoline. By etherifieation of the tertiary carbou olefins in light fraction, the properties of FCC gasoline can be remarkably improved, with the research octane number increasing by 1 3~2 1 units, the vapor pressure decreasing by 8 7~10 8 kPa, the content of olefins reducing by 5 57~9 36 percent points, and the content of oxygen amounting to 2 0%, which can meet the needs of the reformalated gasoline overseas.
