摘要
为了进一步提高自转塑料扭带的清洗能力 ,对齿形自转塑料扭带和普通自转螺旋扭带的清洗力矩进行了对比实验研究。研究结果表明 :(1 )齿形自转塑料扭带的清洗力矩比普通塑料扭带的清洗力矩平均提高 4 2 %~ 70 % ;(2 )齿片的安装角α、β、齿高h、齿距P等结构参数对扭带的清洗力矩、自转转速及运转平稳性都有影响 ;(3)从增加扭带的清洗力矩和获得自转转速及运转平稳性等 3个方面综合考虑 ,以α =1 5 0°、β =90°、h
In order to improve the cleaning ability of self-rotating plastic twisted tapes, the cleaning moment of tooth-like self-rotating plastic twisted tapes and common smooth self-rotating plastic twisted tapes has been experimentally investigated respectively. The result shows that, (1) the cleaning moment of the tooth-like self-rotating plastic twisted tapes is improved averagely by 42%~70% compared with that of the common self-rotating plastic twisted tapes; (2) the tooth's fixed angle α and β, the height of the tooth pitch h and the distance of the tooth pitch P have influence on the cleaning moment, rotating velocity and rotating stability of the twisted tapes; (3) whenα = 150°, β = 90° and h = 6 mm, the tooth-like twisted tape has optimal comprehensive performance.
