摘要
介绍了利用塑料纽带和传热介质的位能实现自动除垢防垢装置的结构原理和能量分析的理论根据，论述了自动除垢防垢塑料纽带的结构优化研究结果，报道了初次装机工业应用试验的情况和效果。
The theoretical basis of the structure principles and the energy analysis of the equipment using the potential energy of plastic belts and heat transfer mediums to realize automatic cleaning incrustant and resisting incrustant was presented,the optimum structure of the plastic belts for automatic cleaning incrustant and resisting incrustant was described,the status and efficiency of the first application of the equipment were reported.
