摘要
对 Sr2 +、Mg2 +掺杂后的 PZT制备工艺和性能进行了比较研究。结果表明 :掺锶 PZT的烧结温度降低 ,在 115 0℃致密度最高 ,而掺镁 PZT在相同温度下 ,致密度偏低。掺 Sr降低了 PZT的矫顽场 ,易于极化 ;而掺镁 PZT的电滞回线不对称 ,这可能是由于 Mg掺杂使 PZT的自发极化具有各向异性造成的。
The ion radius of Sr and Mg is different.Doped mechanism is also different though their valence is the same as the Pb ion.This causes their processing and property distinctly different.Sintering temperature of PZT doped by Sr becomes lower.The relative density of 1 150 ℃ is the highest.The relative density of PZT doped by Mg at the same temperature is much lower.The coercive electric field of sample doped by Sr has been decreased and thus making polarization to be easier.Hysteresis curve of PZT doped by Mg is asymmetry.It is likely to be caused by the spontaneous polarization anisotropy of PZT doped by Mg.
