摘要
以二茂铁为掺杂剂,采用溶胶-凝胶法(Sol—Gel),结合粉末烧结工艺,分别制备了铁掺杂钛酸铅(PbTiO3)粉体和块体材料.考察并讨论了pH、温度对PbTiO3体系的影响,用TG—DTA、XRD、SEM等手段对组成和微观结构进行了分析.结果表明:干凝胶热分解分为3个阶段:干凝胶的吸附水和有机成分挥发、正丁基和醋酸根发生的氧化分解和晶相的转变.在60℃、pH=4.5的条件下,可以获得稳定性较好的溶胶和凝胶.XRD分析发现,掺铁的质量分数为0.03%时,体系中含有PbTiO3、PbFe2O4和TiO2相;SEM测试表明,掺杂钛酸铅陶瓷粒度尺寸在1—2μm,且晶粒的大小均匀,孔隙较小,致密度较高.
Using Fe(C5H5)2 as doping agents, Fe doping PbTiO3 powder and bulk materials have been prepared successfully by Sol-Gel method and a subsequent sintering process. The impact of PH and temperature on PT system is investigated and discussed. Moreover, TG-DTA, XRD, and SEM are used to analyze the composition and microstructure. The results show that the thermal decomposition of xerogel includes three stages, which are volatilization of adsorption water and organic composition, oxygenolysis of n - butyl and acetate, and transformation of crystalline phase. Well stabilized collosol and gel can be obtained under such conditions of 60℃ and pH = 4. 5. According to the results of XRD, PbTiO3, PbFe2O4, and TiO2 crystalline phases coexist in the system, when the mass fraction of Fe dopant is 0. 03%. Further more, the STM analysis indicates that the grain size of doped PT ceramics is about 1 - 2 μm, and the grain is homogeneous in size with rather small pores and high tightness.
