摘要
按照区域划分城市并分析,发现我国东中西部城市之间经济差距大,并呈进一步扩大的趋势;论证其原因不仅是由于东部城市的总体投资规模大于中西部城市,更主要的是由于中西部城市投资产出效率低下,投入与经济增长之间出现了偏离,投资没有带动相应的经济增长;最后提出改善中西部城市投资结构和实现集约经营的建议。
The widening economic difference in regional cities does not result from the situation that investment scale in eastern cities are much larger than that in mid and western cities. The major reason is the fact that low investment efficiency in mid and western cities cannot drive economic growth. Useful suggestions for improving this situation are made.
