摘要
认为住宅市场与城市经济体系之间的双向作用关系,是目前在理论研究和实践中亟需解决的热点问题;建立了住宅市场与城市经济互动机理的研究框架,并分别介绍了城市经济对住宅市场的影响效应和住宅市场对城市经济的反向作用机制近期的研究成果;依据我国目前该领域的研究现状,提出了在我国进行住宅市场与城市经济互动机理研究的建议。
Research on mutual mechanism between housing market and urban economics is hot. Based on the framework of the topic, the paper respectively introduces the research conclusion about the relationship between housing market and urban economics. Finally, according to the current situation in China, the paper offers a suggestion of doing research.
