摘要
为进一步了解添加剂在碱性锌镍合金电镀中的作用,采用动电位极化曲线、光学显微镜、SEM、电子探针等方法分析探讨了添加剂对镀液阴极电化学行为、镀层的宏观形貌和微观形貌、粗糙度、厚度、极化电阻等性能的影响,确定了镀液中添加剂的最佳配方为:17.50g/L乌洛托品,0.30g/L香兰素,3.00g/L糖精钠,0.10mL/L二乙基己基硫酸钠。以此配方获得的镀层光亮、平整,含镍13%左右,具有较好的耐蚀性。
The effects of various additives on the electrochemical behavior of cathode and macro-and micro-morphology,surface roughness,thickness,and polarization resistance of Zn-Ni alloy coating were investiga-ted by making use of potentiodynamic polarization curve measure-ment,optical microscopic and scanning electron microscopic ob-servation,and electron probe analysis.The optimized composi-tion of the combined additives was determined.It was suggested that the combined additives optimally composed of 17.50 g/L urotropine,0.30 g/L vanillin,3.00 g/L sodium saccharin,0.10 mL/L sodium diethyl-hexyl sulfate.The,Zn-Ni alloy coating pre-pared in the presence of the combined additives with optimized composition is bright and smooth,and it contains 13% Ni and shows good corrosion resistance.
