摘要
根据武器装备采办系统的特点,建立了装备采办风险评价系统的指标体系;研究了模糊综合评判法,并给出了该算法在装备采办风险综合评价中的应用实例.
According to the characteristics of equipment purchase system, this paper sets up index system of equipment purchase venture system; researches fuzzy synthetic judge method, and gives its application in equipment purchase venture judgment.
