摘要
以班级为单位的集体心理辅导是聋校对学生开展心理健康教育的主要形式。组织好班级心理辅导课的关键是良好地实现与学生心与心的交流和沟通。然而对听障青少年儿童实施教育的主要难点又在于突破沟通障碍,因此组织心理辅导课的教师必须具有良好的与聋生沟通的能力,讲究沟通艺术和方式。本文结合实例从以下三个方面就聋校班级心理辅导课上如何进行有效的沟通交流提出了一些看法:1.应用多媒体课件,以集合多种语言形式、提供丰富的信息表象;2. 设计多种活动,让学生在动中参与和领悟;3.营造和谐心理气氛,以积极情感感染学生,提高学生获取信息效率。
To offer psychological tutorial courses to the whole class of hearing impaired students is an effectiveapproach. Furthermore, to break down communication barriers can be achieved by adopting one-to-one talk with students.This obviously needs teachers to acquire necessary skills and knowledge in taking this challenge. This article intends todiscuss three aspects of this approach.'
