摘要
英国战后所采取的强调政府干预的市场社会主义的政策理念,对于包括区域及城市政策、规划体系在内的一系列的公共政策的制定与实施产生了决定性的影响。研究英国区域政策的变化及其实践中的经验,特别是其在1980年代后从市场社会主义向市场经济主义的宏观政策转变过程中的变革,对于从计划经济向市场经济转型的中国区域及城市政策有一定的参考借鉴价值。
The British model of regional and urbanpolicy formulated during the period of economicrecovery after the Second World War, whichemphasized public intervention in the market systemand development, has been faced with new challengesin the changing political ideology and economic systemprevalent since the 1980s. It has tended to take theapproach of competitive endorsement and public-private partnership. From this point of view, thisstudy of the British context and its experience inregional development policy is expected to providepolicy implications for practice in the period oftransition in China.
