摘要
目的 在传统的小肠移植 (SBT)模型基础上建立一个操作简便、并发症少、稳定和实用的大鼠小肠移植模型。方法 供、受体手术均在显微镜下进行。切取供肠的范围包括全小肠、门静脉 (PV)及其带肠系膜上动脉(SMA)的腹主动脉 (AO)袖。动脉吻合采用供体带SMA的AO袖与受体的AO端侧吻合 ,静脉吻合采用供体的PV与受体的下腔静脉 (IVC)端侧吻合 ,移植肠近端结扎远端造瘘。结果 在大量预实验的基础上共进行正式实验 33次 ,手术成功率为 84 .8% ,供体手术时间控制在 6 0min以内 ,受体手术时间控制在 10 0min以内。结论 完全在显微镜下建立大鼠SBT模型具有手术视野清晰、术中操作定位准确、局部创伤小、手术时间短、并发症少、存活率高、模型稳定和实用等优点 。
Objective To establish a small bowel transplantation(SBT) model in rats on the basis of conventional SBT with convenient performance, fewer complications, higher stability and utility.Methods Both operations of donor and that of recipient were performed under the microscope. The graft removed consisted of entire small bowel, portal vein(PV)and the sleeve of abdominal aorta(AO) with superior mesenteric artery(SMA).Artery end to side anastomosis was performed between the donor sleeve of abdominal aorta with SMA and the recipient abdominal aorta, vein end to side anastomosis was performed between the donor portal vein and the recipient inferior vena cava(IVC). The transplanted intestine was ligated in approaching side and was made a stoma in distant side.Results The formal experiments were operated for about 33 times on the basis of a great deal of ones in advance, and the ratio of successful operations was 84.8%. The time of operation on the donor was limited within 60 min and that on the recipient was done within 100 min.Conclusion The method to establish the SBT model in rat under microscope has the advantages such as clear sight and accurate orientation in operation, limited local lesion, short operative time, fewer complications, higher survival rate, stability and applicability in modeling and so on.
