摘要
目的 :研究大鼠原位肝移植模型的手术技巧及术后并发症的预防及处理 .方法 :5 0只SD大鼠作供体 ,5 0只Wistar大鼠为受体 ,通过“二袖套法”施行大鼠原位肝移植 .结果 :2 4h存活率 90 % ;周存活率82 % .结论
Objective: To study the technique and complication of orthotopic liver transplantation in rats. Methods: Orthotopic liver transplantation in 50 Wistar rats that accepted SD rats liver was established by using 'two-cuff method'. Results: the survival rate of post-operation 24?h and one week was 90% and 82% respectively. Conclusion: Meticulous and skilled surgical technique is the key of successful operation.
