摘要
深入研究医学院校如何提高大学生的自我管理能力,既能为社会培养更多优秀合格的医学人才,也有助于改革医学院校的教学体制,本文通过分析当前医学院校大学生的自我管理能力存在的不足及原因,提出了有针对性、实效性的方法途径。
In this paper,through the analysis of how to improve the ability of self- management of medical college students,so as to adapt to the rapid development of today's society,to cultivate more excellent qualified medical talents for the society. To improve students study medical college thorough self- management ability,also contribute to the reform of medical college teaching system,to improve the employment rate of college students,to enable them to better adapt to the need of the work,but also make great contribution to the teaching reform of higher education in our country.
