摘要
农村卫生人才培养是农村卫生工作的前提和保障,民族地区医学院校要认真分析地方卫生人才的实际需求,紧密结合办学实际,明确办学定位,不断探索人才培养的新机制,积极深化教学改革,提升学生的基层服务意识,才能发挥民族地区医学院校的服务职能,为农村卫生人才的培养提供重要支撑。
In order to provide important support for the training of rural health personnel, the medicine schools of minority areas in Chi- na must carefully analyze and meet the needs of local health personnel, make clear the running-school orientation, explore the new mechanism of personnel training, enhance the consciousness of students for service to grass-roots.
