摘要
目的探讨用电解可脱性微弹簧圈 (Guglielmidetachablecoils,GDC)栓塞治疗颅内破裂动脉瘤的疗效。 方法在全麻下 ,采用GDC - 10系统行栓塞治疗 5 7例颅内破裂动脉瘤 ,分别于术后 3、6、12个月行脑血管造影复查。 结果全组无与操作有关的死亡及永久性并发症。脑血管造影复查示动脉瘤闭塞稳定 ,无再出血发生。 结论GDC栓塞治疗颅内破裂动脉瘤是安全有效的 ;选择适宜的患者 ,改进操作技术 ,可进一步提高闭塞率 。
Objective To discuss embolization with Guglielmi detachable coils (GDC) for ruptured intracranial aneurysms. Methods Fifty-seven patients with ruptured intracranial aneurysms were treated with coil embolization by the GDC-10 systems under general anesthesia. Follow-up angiography was repeated at 3,6 months and 1 year, respectively. Results No mortality occurred and none suffered from permanent neurologic deficit. At clinical follow-up , all embolized aneurysms showed no enlargement and rebleeding. Conclusion GDC embolization is a safe and effective method for the treatment of ruptured intracranial aneurysm. Appropriate selection of patients and continuously improving techniques are the keys to have better outcomes.
