摘要
"合作居住"是1960年代出现在丹麦的一种新型居住模式,居民自觉参与设计和管理,社区布局兼顾社交和私密性两方面需求。紧密的邻里关系、良好的可支付性和低影响理念是该社区的显著特征,将从这3个角度分析"合作居住"社区的设计和生活模式,总结这些特征带来的效益。
Co-housing is a new kind of living mode which first appeared in Denmark in 1960s. In a co-housing community, residents participate in the design and management process spontaneously. The community layout takes into account the demands of both the privacy and social contact of the residents. Close neighborhood relationship, good affordability and low-impact concept are the significant features of this type of community. This paper analyzes the design and living model of co-housing community and summarized the beneits of these features.
