摘要
当前国际上面向可持续社区的行动计划已成潮流,我国本领域的发展实践活动尚处于起步阶段,理论研究主要侧重于概念辨识和理念探讨方面。本文着重从社区可持续发展规划的运作层面出发,通过国际上对该主题的规划思路及其相应操作流程的探讨,希望为我国地方层面高起点实施可持续发展战略提供参考。
Today there is a worldwide trend in theaction planning toward sustainable community, whilein our country it is still in its infancy, and the relevanttheory discussions are primarily focused on theconception identification and notion comprehension.With the purpose of aiding our future activities in thisarea, the paper, from the practical perspective, mainlycomments on the international planning pattern andthe relevant operational procedures.
