摘要
采用问卷法调查重庆市高校学报编辑人才职业满意度 ,以 10个因子代表满意度 10个维度。结果显示 :职业满意度总体评价良好 ,及格线以上人数占 78.6% ;“领导重视”“人际关系”2个因子得分较低 ,并与其他因子高度关联 ,是影响编辑职业满意度的最大负面因素 ;“报酬待遇”因子得分最低 ,但与其他因子关联性不大 ;“立志本行、发挥特长”因子得分较高 ,且与其他因子高度关联 ,是影响满意度的最大激励因素。
The author investigated the occupation satisfaction of university journal editors in Chongqing by questionnaire. 10 factors represent 10 aspects of occupation satisfaction. The results show that: 1) generally, the occupation satisfaction is good; 2) the factors 'importance that the leadership attaches to' and 'relationship among colleagues' get lower scores, and have remarkable correlation with the other factors, which are two most negative factors influencing editors' satisfaction; 3) the factor 'salary' gets a lowest score, but has no remarkable correlation with the other factors; 4) the factor 'willingness to devote to the job and to give full play to the talents' is at a higher place, having a marked correlation with the other factors and influencing the occupation satisfaction most positively.
