摘要
情感在人的心理和实践活动中具有开端和动力的作用。编辑主体在从事编辑职业活动的过程中会体验到一定的情感 ,这种情感体验又会反过来对编辑职业认知产生影响 ,从而决定了编辑一定的职业信念和职业行为。培养编辑主体健康、积极、稳定的情感 ,对提高编辑主体敬业的自觉性有积极的现实意义。
Emotion has the starting and driving functions in people's psychological ac tivities and practices. During the process of editorial work, the editors can experience some certain emotions, these personal experiences in turn influence the editors' understanding on their work. Finally the emotion experiences d etermine the editors' occupational faiths and behavior. The author concludes that it will have significant meanings to foster healthy, active and stable emo tions for the raise of editors' consciousness of devotion to work.
