摘要
针对当前有些期刊社对网络认识不足 ,盲目跟风、条件不成熟建网站等现象 ,就网络的优势和功能及网络社会化的条件进行了阐述。总结了电子版期刊和印刷版期刊各自的特点 ,指出当前网络中存在的一些弊端对建站的不利影响。认为一个成功的网站应具有较好的经济效益、丰富的信息来源和高素质的人才 3大条件 ,建议各期刊社慎重对待 ,待条件成熟时再建网站。
This paper expounds the advantages and function of network, and the conditions requested for the socialization of the network, aiming at some phenomena that a few journal departments cannot understand the network sufficiently, pursue social trends blindly, and lack the conditions to build a network station. The characteristics of electronic periodicals and printed ones are summarized repectively. It is indicated that the some malpractices existing in network effect the successful building of network station. Three premises to build a network station are put forward: sound economic basis, rich information, and talents. It is proposed that the network station be built at proper time.=
