摘要
在环境伦理和环境法律价值的交叉视野观照下,青岛经济开发区政府、企业、公民这三大主体的环境伦理观及其环保法律价值的互动与互构基本反映了青岛开发区的环境伦理现状。由于三大主体在组合结构、经济基础、关注层面、社会功能等许多方面均有区别,所以三大主体的环境伦理以及环保法律价值存在着相当程度的差异。青岛市开发区政府的示范作用,对政府、企业、公民三大主体的环保法律价值之积极的层面的促进作用比较大。但三大主体在上述层面中存在一定程度的不平衡,也说明青岛开发区环境伦理水平仍需提升与完善。
Under the background of the environmental ethics and the environment law, the interaction of their value of the government, enterprises and citizens of Qingdao Economic and Technical Developing Zone represents the environmental and ethical status. Because there are differences in the structure, the economic foundation, the aspects of the attention and the social function, there are a lot of differences in the value of the environmental ethics and the environment law. The government of Qingdao Economic and Technical Developing Zone sets an example to better the value of the environment law. The imbalance of the structure shows that environmental ethics in Qingdao Economic and Technical Developing Zone should be perfected.
