摘要
公务员职业伦理水平是衡量一个社会整体道德水平的重要标杆,如何加强公务员职业伦理建设,是具有重要价值的课题。本文主要阐述公务员职业伦理的内涵,我国公务员职业伦理建设面临的困境,以及探讨发达国家公务员职业伦理建设对我国的有益经验和启示,从而针对中国国情,为公务员职业伦理建设的构建提出一些建议,以期能够提供参考。
Civil level of professional ethics is an important benchmark to measure the ethical standards of a society as a whole,and how to strengthen the civil servants professional ethics is a topic of great value.This article focuses on the connotation of the civil servants professional ethics,the difficulties faced by China＇s civil servants professional ethics construction,as well as explore the developed countries,civil servants professional ethics construction of useful experience and enlightenment for China＇s national conditions,to make some suggestions for the civil servants professional ethics construction,in order to be able to provide a reference.
