摘要
研究轿车驾驶座椅的结构特点,在规范驾驶室座椅设计的同时,制作轿车驾驶座椅几何关系图。根据GB10000-88《中国成年人人体尺寸》和舒适坐姿的关节角度相关知识,利用函数和角的计算方法,结合人机工程学的基本原理,通过计算推导,得到了包括椅面高度、椅面宽度、椅面深度、靠背高度、靠背倾角、椅面倾角在内的座椅基本尺寸与舒适状态下人体尺寸的关系式,从而让驾驶员能够更舒适地使用座椅,减少驾驶疲劳和提高安全性。
Through making geometry relationship diagram of the driver and seat and consulting GB10000-88 'The Dimension of Chinese Adults body'and the joint angle of comfortable sitting position,the relation of the seat basic size,including height,width,depth,horizontal angles of seat angle and height of chair face angle are worked out. Studying the structure of the seat of sedan car cab can regulate the design of sadan cab. By doing so,drivers can make use of seats more comfortably and reduce driving fatigue to improve safety.
