摘要
针对轮椅在宜人性和适用性方面存在的问题,应用人机工程学理论设计了能爬楼梯的多功能轮椅。多功能轮椅的关键部件中主要以机架、座椅、靠背、坐垫的设计来考虑人机工程学在机械设计中的应用,采用了SolidWorks软件进行三维实体造型。简述人机工程学与轮椅舒适性的密切关系,以及轮椅舒适性设计的主要相关参。通过对主要部件的模型进行反复的分析论证,最后证实了该多功能轮椅工作的正确性和可靠性。
Because the wheel chair have problems in the field of pleasant and serviceability, design a multifunctional wheelchair which can climb stairs based on ergonomic. When the slot, the back, the cushion were designed, human engineering was considered, at the same time 3D entity model was applied based on SolidWorks. States on ergonomics and comfort wheelchair close relationship, as well as comfort wheelchair design parameters of key stakeholders. The main components of the model analysis are of repeated demonstration, and finally confirms the correctness and the reliability of the work of multi-functional wheelchair.
