摘要
在中国成年人人体尺寸的基础上对人体模型的一些尺寸进行修正,建立了人体尺寸数据库,应用CATIA中的人机工程模块建立了中国成年人人体尺寸模型。结合具体的汽车成员布置参数,对所建立的中国成年人人体尺寸模型进行综合虚拟仿真,并对该人体模型进行驾驶姿势评估。评估结果证明:所建立的中国成年人人体尺寸数字模型适用于现今汽车人机工程分析与设计工作。
Human body model played an important role in product design and ergonomic analysis. The paper modified some size of Chinese based on human dimensions of Chinese adults, and built the Chinese adult human body model in CATIA based on the date base built. Combined with specific car members layout parameters, driving position evaluation was done after the locating position of the model. The simulation results showed the model built in the paper had a practical application value
