摘要
"学校变革模式"与"学校变革机制"有密切的关系,不同变革机制要素的组合能够形成不同的变革模式,根据学校变革过程中变革主导机制与辅助机制的差异可以把变革分为外生型、内生型、联合型三类变革模式。对于变革者而言,要注意适时调整各种变革机制之间的关系,以适应不同变革的需要。
School reform mode has close relationship with school reform mechanism.The thesis holds that,different school reform mode derives from different combination of reform mechanism elements.According to the difference of predominant mechanism and subordinate mechanism during school reform,we can divide school reform into three modes:endogenous mode,exogenous mode,and combined mode.For the reformer,they should adjust the relationship between different reform mechanisms in order to adapt to different reform demands.
