摘要
本实验采用MS、B_5及其改良培养基,附加不同浓度的2,4—D,从紫花苜蓿胚轴诱导愈伤组织并再生植株成功,整个过程需60~70天。结果表明,只采用2,4—D并不断降低其浓度,可缩短苜蓿组织培养再生植株的时间,是一种快速简便有效的培养方法。
Callus from the cotyledons of Medicago sativa L. were cultured on medium Ms、B_5 and their improved medium with different 2,4—D content. Regenerated plants were successfully got after about 60~70 days. The results indicated that the time of plant regeneration from tissus culture of Alfalfa cna be shortened by using 2,4—D only and reducing it's content gradually. It is a rapid, convenient and highly efferentive culture method for Alfalfa.
