热泵型蔬菜脱水干燥装置的研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对脱水蔬菜加工的特殊要求,研制出热泵型多功能食品干燥机,开辟了一种国内新型半干燥及干燥方便食品的加工工艺及设备,讨论了样机的设计工艺和特性。得出了热泵、电阻加热系统的试验结果。 This paper aims at the special demands for the process of vegetables dehydrtion; In- vent a type of heat pump of food driers which has multiple fanetions; find a new type of process technology and equipment for half dried and dried convenient food in our country; disscuss about the design technology and property of the model machine. Then, experiment re- sult from heat pump and resistance heating is concluded.
