远红外蔬菜脱水机的改进设计与试验 被引量:1

摘要 针对现有远红外蔬菜脱水机存在的输送链板不能及时可靠地翻板、个别链板甚至发生脱落等问题,对拨板机构进行了改进,并增设了防脱落机构。试验结果表明,改进后的设备其主、从动两端的翻板率均达到99.9%以上,且链板脱落率降为0,使设备运行平稳可靠。针对现有设备各层引风量不够合理这一问题,采用并流引风方案,满足了各干燥层对引风量的不同需求,改善了干燥效果。 To improve the dialing mechanism and provide prevent drop mechanism on the foundation of the available far-infrared dryer for vegetable's part transposition of chain boards can't cross the board on schedule and even drop. It was concluded by experiments that the rate of cross for the improved dialing mechanism' two side of driven and initiative can attain 99.9%, and the dropping reduce to O, it made this equipment can reposeful and credible run; Introduce technology of parallel-flow induced air, to satisfy the needs to quantity of air of each dry box and of the dry. improve impression of the dry.
