摘要
针对现有远红外蔬菜脱水机存在的输送链板不能及时可靠地翻板、个别链板甚至发生脱落等问题,对拨板机构进行了改进,并增设了防脱落机构。试验结果表明,改进后的设备其主、从动两端的翻板率均达到99.9%以上,且链板脱落率降为0,使设备运行平稳可靠。针对现有设备各层引风量不够合理这一问题,采用并流引风方案,满足了各干燥层对引风量的不同需求,改善了干燥效果。
