摘要 目的 探讨持续低流量缺氧条件对视网膜 Müller细胞血管内皮细胞生长因子 (VEGF)表达的影响 .方法 采用western blot方法对缺氧条件下培养的视网膜 Müller细胞进行观察研究 .结果 缺氧 48h后 ,视网膜 Müller细胞内VEGF表达较对照组增高 .结论 持续低流量缺氧 48h,即可使视网膜 Müller细胞表达 AIM To study the effects of constant low flux hypoxia on the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor in retinal Muller cells. METHODS Western blot technique was used to observe the Muller cells insulted by hypoxia condition. RESULTS After 48 h of hypoxia, the retinal Muller cells' vascular endothelial growth factor expression had increased compared to control group. CONCLUSION Constant low flux hypoxia lasted for 48 h can induce the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor to increase to a higher level in retinal Muller cells.
