摘要
胶质瘤已有100多年的研究历史,与中枢神经系统良性肿瘤相比,尽管已有长期生存病例报告,胶质瘤的预后仍然很差。因此,深入研究胶质瘤显得特别重要,其中围绕胶质瘤发生发展的分子病因研究是十分看好的前沿领域。本文重点介绍与此相关的基因工程鼠脑胶质瘤模型、胶质瘤分子病理、神经干细胞与胶质瘤的尚未阐明的渊源关系等内容。
Cerebral gliomas have been studied for more than 100 years. Unfortunately, as compared with benign tumors in central nervous system, glioma still has poor prognosis even though there were reports of long time survival cases. Thus, further investigation for human gliomas warranting imperative importance, and molecular pathogenesis could be the most promising field. In this review, genetic engineering mouse glioma model, molecular pathogenesis of glioma and neuronal precursor cells connected with glioma will be discussed.
