Dynamics simulation of 2-stage gearbox

摘要 研究了由电机驱动、制动器为负载的二级直齿传动箱,将其空间的三维结构模型转变为二维平面模型,并建立其等效的平面结构的数学模型,对其完好齿轮结构和断齿结构进行性能仿真研究。所得仿真结果对齿轮传动设计研究具有一定的参考意义。 A two-stage transmission set with spur gears driven by a 2-pole motor and loaded by a brake was studied,the simplified mathmatical model was built through transferring the model from a three dimensional constructional unit into a plane chain one.Dynamic simulation analysis was performed through the perfect and deformed meshing teeth.Simulation results provide useful references to gearbox design research.
