摘要
根据封闭式差动无级变速器的工作原理,应用多体动力学分析软件ADAMS构建封闭式差动无级变速器虚拟样机,探讨了封闭式差动无级变速器的物理约束机制的实现方法,建立了动力学仿真分析模型,分析了主要部件速度、受力的情况。结果表明,采用虚拟样机得出的结果与理论分析值具有较好的一致性。
Based on the movement of closed differential CVT, the virtual prototype of a closed differential CVT was set up by using mechanical system simulation software ADAMS. Physical constraint mechanism of the closed differential CVT was implemented, its dynamic model of virtual prototyping system was built up. And the velocity and the force of important part were analyzed. The result indicated that the consistence of virtual prototype and theoretical calculation were confirmed.
