摘要
根据齿轮结构设计知识,分别提取设计参数集、几何关系约束集和齿轮结构形式选择条件集,形成知识体系,采用知识表达方法将其引入CAD系统。在特征造型的基础上,应用程序设计方法实现参数化齿轮结构建模,同时,通过结构形式选择条件集实现齿轮结构类型的智能选择。
Based on the knowledge of gear structure design, three sets, i.e. design parameter set, geometry constraint set of gear structure, and selecting condition set for gear structure-type, are abstracted. Then the knowledge system is formed and embedded in CAD system using certain knowledge representation methods. The parameterized gear structure design can be realized by programming, meanwhile the gear structure-type can also be selected by selecting condition set.
